Taft Hill Road - Horsetooth to Harmony Improvements RFP

Description: Scope: widen the current 2-lane road to a 4-lane arterial with a center turn/median lane to relieve heavy congestion and lower accident rates includes new separated bike lanes, sidewalks, curb and gutter, storm sewer improvements, and reconfigured intersection/turning movements, connects local neighborhoods to area schools, parks, the city's bike/trail network, and access routes toward reservoir.
