ActiveThis contract is a management service and supply agreement between Salinas Valley Health and Aramark Healthcare Support Services, LLC for Food and Nutrition Services, including Starbucks operations. The agreement is for an estimated total of 32.7 million dollars over a 6-year period, from November 11, 2023, to November 10, 2029. Aramark will provide management of Food and Nutrition Program functions, procure food and supplies (resold to Hospital), and manage hospital-employed service staff.
