ActiveThis contract is a 15-year lease agreement between the County of Los Angeles and Omninet LACC Tucson, LLC, Omninet LACC Valencia, LLC, and Omninet LACC, LLC for approximately 50,043 rentable square feet of office space and 200 parking spaces at 900 Corporate Center Drive, Monterey Park, for the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS).
