This document is the First Amendment to an existing agreement between The Philadelphia Parking Authority and Integra Business Center, Inc. d/b/a IntegraONE. It amends the original agreement (dated February 20, 2024) to allow the Authority to purchase an additional twenty-five (25) software licenses for Barracuda support services. The term for these additional services commences on February 20, 2025, and ends on March 26, 2027. The fixed price for these Additional Support Services is $2,493.75, as detailed in the attached Supplemental Quote (Exhibit D). All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain unchanged.

It amends the original Barracuda Support Services agreement to include the purchase of an additional fifty (50) Barracuda Essentials Compliance Edition software licenses. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain in effect.

This Temporary License Agreement (Contract No. K-25-0128) is between The Philadelphia Parking Authority (Authority) and Veteran's Multi-Service Center, Inc. (VMSCI), effective October 28, 2025. The Authority grants VMSCI temporary use of a designated area (Lot C) of the Bridge Lot for parking up to six motor vehicles. VMSCI will pay a monthly fee of $220.00 per parking space. The initial term is one year, with options for up to four additional one-year extensions. The agreement includes various terms and conditions, and an Exhibit A detailing VMSCI's liability insurance coverage.
