This Memorandum of Understanding formalizes an agreement where Sumter County will conduct Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) inspections for the City of Bushnell, Florida. The COUNTY's Public Works Department will coordinate with the CITY, perform field inspections, document maintenance needs, and submit necessary reports to the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) to confirm permit compliance.
