This Agreement is between the City/County Association of Governments of San Mateo County (C/CAG) and S.R. Rose Engineering Inc. (Consultant). The Consultant will provide project management support for the construction phase of the San Mateo County Smart Corridor Project, including oversight, coordination, compliance monitoring, and contract management.
