This Interlocal Agreement is between El Paso County, Texas and the Camino Real Regional Mobility Authority (CRRMA) for the placement, maintenance, and operation of a SunCycle Bike Share Station at Ascarate Park. El Paso County grants a license for the station on its property and agrees to provide an annual sponsorship fee of $6,000 to offset program costs, in exchange for specific branding and sponsorship recognition benefits. The initial term of the agreement is five years, with options for three additional five-year renewals.
