This Term Assignment Agreement formalizes the commitment of the Town of Horizon City to repay the Camino Real Regional Mobility Authority (CRRMA) for 22.7% of the construction costs of the Eastlake Phase 2 Project. The repayment is secured by an assignment of the Town's Transportation Reinvestment Zone Number Two (TRZ2) revenues. Annual payments, accruing 3.73% simple interest, are scheduled to commence on May 1, 2020, and continue until May 1, 2038, with projected payments extending to 2039. The actual total repayment amount is contingent on the final determined construction costs of the Project.
