This Term Assignment Agreement formalizes the commitment of the Town of Horizon City to repay the Camino Real Regional Mobility Authority (CRRMA) for 22.7% of the construction costs of the Eastlake Phase 2 Project. The repayment is secured by an assignment of the Town's Transportation Reinvestment Zone Number Two (TRZ2) revenues. This Interlocal Agreement formalizes a partnership between the City of El Paso (Partner) and the Camino Real Regional Mobility Authority (CRRMA) for the Medical Center of the Americas Placemaking Guidelines Project. The CRRMA will develop placemaking design guidelines using funding from the Partner and other sources, managing consultants and coordinating with a Project Committee. The City of El Paso will provide funding as outlined in the budget and grant access to property. The project has an estimated budget of $340,000.00 and is expected to take 260 days, with the agreement active until June 1, 2027.
