This document is an amendment (Regulation N° 161A-2022) by the City of Sainte-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson to increase the authorized expenditure and borrowing for the rehabilitation of sections of Montée Gagnon and Chemin Masson. The original Regulation # 161-2021, which entered into force on August 2, 2021, initially authorized $1,292,400. Due to revised cost estimates from March 15, 2022, the total authorized expenditure and loan has been increased to $2,031,200, an additional $738,800. The amendment officially entered into force on June 21, 2022, and the loan is authorized for a period of twenty years.
