Centrilogic has been providing managed hosting, network, and support for C2M for the past four years. The proposed agreement is for a one-year term with an estimated cost of $250,000.

This Brine Water Treatment Services and Sales Agreement is between UW CMC LLC (Seller) and El Paso Water Utilities (Buyer). The agreement outlines services where CMC will treat brine water and raw brackish well water from EPWU's desalination plant and return treated water to EPWU. EPWU will pay CMC a monthly fee based on the volume of treated water returned, at a rate of $2.75 per thousand gallons, with an annual escalation of 1.5%. The agreement, effective April 15, 2021, is set to begin services around December 31, 2021, and has an initial term of 20 years, with options for extensions.
