About this conference
The YGPA Leadership Conference is held every two years and is open to all members of the YGPA National Peer Community. It brings together staff at the local, state, and national levels of the Y movement who lead and support Youth and Government programs for collaboration, networking, and professional development. The conference welcomes local and state YMCA Staff in the YGPA National Peer Community, YMCA Alliance Staff, delegation advisors, and state program volunteers to Santa Fe, New Mexico.
