Workforce of the Future Event

Join MBR, AIM, EOLWD Secretary Lauren Jones, MassHire State Workforce Board and Johnson & Johnson for a Workforce of the Future Event! The Massachusetts Business Roundtable, the Associated Industries of Massachusetts, Secretary of Labor and Workforce Development, Lauren Jones, and the MassHire State Workforce Board, at Johnson & Johnson’s Depuy Synthes site in Raynham, are convening a special ‘Workforce of the Future’ discussion. This event will feature voices from the business community, educational institutions, workforce training providers, and members of the Healey–Driscoll Administration. Together, we will highlight the Commonwealth’s strengths and identify opportunities to lean in next. Attendees will explore topics including AI, talent pipeline development, and the role public–private partnerships play in building a strong, flexible next-gen workforce.
