About this conference
This empowering event will explore ways to help women "Rise and Thrive" above their unique leadership challenges. NJSBA's Women's Leadership Conference provides the opportunity to participate in tailored training sessions, network with other women in school leadership, and learn ways to build your resilience and confidence. Historically selling out within a matter of weeks, this year's event required an upgrade, moving to a larger venue at the Brower Student Center at The College of New Jersey in Ewing, NJ, with the goal of providing training and support to as many women leaders as possible.
