Women Leading Government Conference

The Massachusetts Municipal Association's Women Leading Government committee will host its sixth annual conference on March 5, 2026, at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. This full-day event is specifically designed for women in appointed positions within local government who are seeking to advance their careers and enhance their management and leadership capabilities. The conference theme, 'Own Your Influence: Confident Local Government Leadership for Changing Times,' will include a Watch Party for SheLeadsGov’s virtual summit and features an agenda covering self-reflection, strategic communication, and leadership through change. Attendance is open to all staff in appointed positions in local government.
