Women in STEM Conference

The Women in STEM Conference, presented by the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) and Arkansas On-the-Job Training and Supportive Services Programs (OJTSS), aims to provide 9th to 12th grade students a chance to realize opportunities in the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields. Attendees will engage by listening, learning, and interacting with leaders who possess experience and established careers in STEM disciplines. Now in its fifth year, the conference focuses on building confidence, connections, and opportunities, particularly for young women in traditionally male-dominated fields, while serving as an inclusive event for all students.
