Women in Law Enforcement Conference

The Tennessee Highway Patrol's Women in Law Enforcement Conference brings together more than 500 law enforcement professionals from local, state, and federal agencies across the United States and Canada. Centered on the 2027 theme, "Looking Beyond the Badge," the conference offers three days of professional development, leadership training, networking, and personal growth. This POST-approved conference features nationally recognized speakers and educational sessions focused on leadership, career development, officer wellness, and emerging issues facing today's law enforcement profession.
