About this conference
The Women in CTE Leadership Summit is a one-of-a-kind professional experience designed to bring together leaders from across the Career and Technical Education ecosystem. This intimate, high-impact NCLA event will explore how to strengthen leadership pipelines, elevate women’s voices in CTE, and accelerate innovation across secondary, postsecondary, and workforce pathways. The summit opens with an inspiring keynote from Dr. Jill Siler, nationally recognized leadership expert and author of Thrive Through the Five, setting the tone for two days of learning, connection, and collaborative problem-solving. Participants will engage with CTE leaders, educators, and industry partners while exploring strategies to increase non-traditional enrollment, expand early career exposure, and strengthen career-connected learning from elementary through high school. This summit is designed to support, empower, and elevate women leading in CTE while providing a collaborative space to share best practices, challenges, and innovations shaping the future of career pathways.
