The 15th anniversary of the Women in Agribusiness Summit brings together over 1,000 professionals from across the food and ag value chains. Since 2012, the WIA Summit has equipped women with knowledge, confidence, and connections to lead by delivering data-driven market insights and creating meaningful opportunities for professional growth and networking. The conference features expert-led discussions on ag markets, risk management, sustainability, logistics, and innovation, alongside workshops on leadership development and workplace transformation. Signature initiatives include the Demeter Award of Excellence and Student Scholarship programs, with a special focus on female farmers for the International Year of the Woman Farmer in 2026.
