During the the WV EMC Conference 2026, educational sessions will explore disaster lifecycle management, weather operations, multi-domain response, and community partnerships. Attendees will also learn about shelter management, reunification planning, exercise design, economic recovery, and emerging trends in emergency management. State agencies will provide updates on key programs and initiatives affecting West Virginia communities. The conference will also feature a banquet with keynote speaker Pete Gaynor, former FEMA Administrator.
