The WCET Annual Conference brings together higher education professionals and practitioners to spark critical conversations, explore the latest advancements in digital learning, and navigate the evolving regulatory landscape. The WCET audience represents leaders and practitioners in all aspects of digital learning in higher education who bring incredible insights and experiences. The WCET meeting is intimate and collegial, providing opportunities for meaningful conversations and ideas that you won’t find at other conferences. Sponsorship options
WCET 2026 Conference Sponsorship is available for an investment of $3,000, with 10 total sponsorships available. Benefits include 2 complimentary registrations, access to an attendee list (for an additional $1,500), tabletop space in the Digital Learning Lounge (power available for an additional fee), and sponsor recognition and branding through digital signage, acknowledgments at general sessions, and welcome slides. Sponsorship payment must be received by September 30, 2026, with most benefits having a sign-up deadline of September 2, 2026. Annual sponsorship options (Strategic Partner, Champion, Leader) are also available, which include various levels of benefits for WCET 2026.
