About this conference

This is a unique opportunity to connect with fellow educational leaders and explore strategies that address the challenges and opportunities of small school districts. The conference equips small school leaders with actionable tools, fresh ideas, and strategies to navigate challenges and strengthen district success. Engage in breakout sessions on grants and funding, AI for leadership, cybersecurity, math improvement, capital projects, HR essentials, and other topics tailored to small-district needs. Dedicated breakout sessions are offered for school board directors, focused on effective governance, strategic oversight, and strengthening superintendent–board partnerships to support coherent district improvement. The conference also features by-size district networking, timely legislative updates, and opportunities to connect and collaborate with peers. It is designed to help small school systems connect, learn, and lead with impact.
