VEMA's Sponsorship Program offers a wide array of sponsorship and advertising opportunities throughout the year, with specific benefits tied to Bronze ($2,000), Silver ($4,000), Gold ($5,000), and Diamond ($6,000) levels. These benefits include newsletter advertisements, website recognition with company links, signage at the Symposium, logo display in general session slides, mentions at general sessions, advanced copies of VEMS attendee lists, CEO spotlight articles, social media posts, program app advertisements, all-access VEMS registrations, email blasts to attendees, and promotional speaking times. Individual sponsorship opportunities include various scholarships (Gordon Barwell, Grace Tressler, Addison Slayton), newsletter and social media advertising, co-branded attendee emails, email blasts to members, and sponsoring statewide professional development sessions. Symposium-specific opportunities include exhibit booths (Standard, Deluxe, Premium), additional vendor attendance fees, VEMS All-Access Passes, various branded swag items (bags, giveaway items, keycards, challenge coins/photo backdrops), event sponsorships (Faith Based/Healthcare/IHE Caucus events, WiFi, Business Meetings, Networking Events), refreshment breaks, and meal sponsorships (Breakfast, Lunch, Vendor Hall Reception).
