VCASE 2026 Fall Conference

The Virginia Council of Administrators of Special Education (VCASE) is a professional organization dedicated to promoting professional leadership among those who serve students with disabilities. Its conferences provide members with opportunities to build professional networks, engage with colleagues, and expand expertise through current information on recommended instructional practices, as well as local, state, and national trends in Special Education. VCASE is committed to ensuring every student with disabilities in Virginia's public schools receives a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) and the necessary support to succeed. Each conference features a theme set by the Executive Committee and is designed to improve the quality and delivery of special education services.
