About this conference
The Virginia Association of Community Services Boards (VACSB) invites attendees to their Legislative Conference to develop new contacts, present their organizations, and showcase support for individuals and families with behavioral health and developmental disability services needs in Virginia. Conference participants will visit displays throughout the day and during networking receptions, continental breakfast, and breaks.
Sponsorship options
The conference offers Gold, Silver, and Bronze level exhibit and sponsorship opportunities. Gold sponsorships ($2600) include prominent logo display, a full-page ad, recognition at general sessions, an exhibit table for two staff, premiere location, and special acknowledgment. Silver sponsorships ($1600) include an exhibit table for one staff, a half-page ad, recognition, and acknowledgment. Bronze level exhibit registration is available for $1050 (general) and $825 (non-profit), including one staff, a table, and program listing. Additional advertising options include full-page ($400) and half-page ($250) ads. Sponsorships are also available for Refreshment Breaks ($500) and the Networking Reception ($800), which include logo display and recognition without a table or registration.
