The Urban Collaborative, now merged with ALL IN for Inclusive Education, hosts this Spring 2026 Member Meeting for its national network of over 100 school districts. The meeting focuses on improving effective and inclusive special education services, and decreasing the disproportionality of culturally and linguistically diverse student populations in classification rates, separate educational environments, and disciplinary actions. It serves as a professional learning community for members to learn from and support each other, aiming to scale inclusive practices across states, districts, and schools through leadership development, knowledge sharing, research, and policy influence.
