UNITE is the nation's premier annual gathering for accelerating strategies for the support and institutional transformation of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Organized by UNCF’s Institute for Capacity Building, the conference focuses on propelling student success, community impact, and institutional transformation through five key pillars: Institutional Excellence, Student Success, Research and Innovation, Economic Mobility, and Systems Change.
