UNCF UNITE 2026 is the premier annual gathering for accelerating strategies for the support and institutional transformation of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and other minority-serving institutions. Powered by UNCF, the conference focuses on bold ideas, transformative leadership, and the future of higher education. It brings together presidents, board chairs, senior administrators, funders, and strategic partners for a dynamic, immersive experience aimed at institutional capacity building, innovation, and long-term sustainability. Through high-impact plenaries, interactive workshops, and curated networking opportunities, participants gain practical strategies, fresh insights, and meaningful connections to drive transformational change on their campuses. The summit is structured around five guiding pillars: Institutional Excellence, Student Success, Research and Innovation, Economic Mobility, and Systems Change, which includes deepening HBCU participation in federal, state, and local government activities.
