About this conference
The UERU 2026 Annual National Conference focuses on transforming undergraduate education at research universities. Co-located with the American Association of Colleges and Universities (AAC&U) annual meeting, it aims to build collaborations and leverage expertise from both organizations. The conference invites proposals to develop and expand opportunities for undergraduate students and pursue solutions to challenges, including realizing the promise of higher education for democratic society, as called for by the Boyer 2030 Commission. It emphasizes advancing innovation in leading research universities through fostering research, learning, and sharing expertise among member institutions.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities are available at Gold ($10,000) and Silver ($5,000) levels. Gold level options include Mobile App Sponsor (banner ad, email acknowledgment), Breakfast Sponsor (signage, acknowledgment during remarks), and Name Badge Lanyards (logo on lanyards, must be secured by Oct 1, 2025). Gold sponsors receive an in-person exhibit booth, 4 complimentary registrations, and a registrant list one week prior. Silver level options include Networking Breaks (signage at beverage stations for 15-minute breaks) and Poster Session Sponsor (company name, logo, and marketing copy on poster stands). Silver sponsors receive an in-person exhibit booth, 2 complimentary registrations, and a registrant list 48 hours prior. All exhibit booths include two 6x3 foot tables with skirts and space for step-and-repeats/signage. Setup is Jan 21, 8:00 AM; tear down is Jan 22, 1:00 PM.
