About this conference
UD by the Sea is a four-day event organized by the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at the University of Delaware, held at Rehoboth Beach. Designed for OLLI members and guests, it offers programming, activities, and social time. The event is open to the public, as well as past and current OLLI members. Attendees can expect two days of topical programs with guest speakers, a choice of eight educational programming tracks, an opening reception with entertainment and a cash bar, continental breakfast on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings, games and social activities, and opportunities to make new memories and friends.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities are available at different tiers: Event sponsor ($1,000), Program sponsor ($500), and Track sponsor ($250). Event sponsors receive reception tickets, a presentation opportunity at the opening reception, logo and recognition on the OLLI website, and a chance for comments and a table display. Program sponsors receive on-site signage, logo and link on advance marketing materials, and brief comments to attendees. Track sponsors receive mentions in publicity. All sponsors benefit from the distribution of branded giveaways, access to the event's opening VIP reception, and logo and link placement on the event website. All sponsorships are considered charitable contributions to the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of Delaware.
