About this conference
The Tennessee School Plant Management Association invites school facility leaders, maintenance professionals, administrators, and industry partners to the 2026 TSPMA Fall Conference at Union University’s Carl Grant Events Center in Jackson, Tennessee. This one-day conference is designed to provide practical education and resources that help school facility teams improve operations, solve challenges, and better serve their districts. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, explore current facility-management topics, connect with peers, and build relationships with trusted industry partners. Breakfast will be served from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m., followed by a full day of educational sessions and networking opportunities.
