About this conference
The Transportation Engineering and Safety Conference (TESC) is an annual gathering connecting transportation professionals from Pennsylvania, the mid-Atlantic region, and across the country. It provides authoritative information from industry experts on pressing issues, fostering discussion and interaction. Key topics include electric vehicles, AI in intelligent transportation systems, and innovations in safety, mobility, and connectivity. Organized by the Thomas D. Larson Pennsylvania Transportation Institute, TESC also offers optional certification training.
Sponsorship options
The conference offers five sponsorship levels: Platinum ($6,500), Gold ($4,000), Workshop ($2,800), Silver ($2,250), and Bronze ($1,500). Benefits vary by level and can include complimentary registrations, logo placement on signage and website, reserved tables, and recognition during meals. Exhibitor booths are available for $825, including two complimentary registrations. A Shuttle Sponsor option was previously available but is sold out.
