Threshold Spring Conference

Threshold: Ending Well, Beginning Better invites school business professionals to step into the critical space between closing out one fiscal year and launching the next. The conference theme, "Threshold," is an aviation term meaning the beginning of the portion of a runway that is usable for landing an aircraft - the start of the safe landing zone. Across two days of practical sessions, hands-on learning, and roundtable conversations, attendees will gain the necessary skills to wrap up the year with accuracy and intention, while preparing for a stronger, smarter beginning ahead. From finance and HR to operations, and leadership, every session is curated to help participants cross the threshold with purpose. The conference will feature Oklahoma's State Superintendent of Public Instruction, Lindel Fields, as a general session speaker, who will focus on improving reading proficiency, strengthening teacher recruitment and retention, and expanding meaningful pathways for students statewide. Attendees are invited to join in celebrating progress, sharpening skills, and building a better beginning together.
