The Waste Haulers Summit 2026

The Waste Haulers Summit offers suppliers a proven way to engage with decision-makers, effectively condensing six months of sales meetings into 48 hours. This unique event includes private meetings and dynamic networking opportunities with interested professionals in the solid waste community. The Summit rigorously screens and interviews all solid waste leaders to understand their needs, wants, and budgets, a qualification process unparalleled in the industry. Suppliers are matched with a custom agenda of meetings and receive profiles of each prospect, including their investment plans for the next 6 to 18 months. Prospects, in turn, receive a description of the supplier's capabilities. Supplier participation is limited to ensure attending leaders see the full range of products they seek and to limit competition. Participation includes small group product presentations, guaranteed one-on-one meetings, matched meals, and memorable social activities. The all-inclusive price covers resort rooms, meals, and A/V, eliminating booths, exhibitor manuals, and hidden costs, at a cost similar to a national tradeshow.
