About this conference
The goal of The Council's Women's Initiative is to support women leaders, identify women in education who have leadership potential and help those women to aspire to leadership roles. In collaboration with Greater Southern Tier BOCES, the New York State Council of School Superintendents and the Leadership for Educational Achievement Foundation, this event brings together school leaders of all gender identities and district roles for an event dedicated to supporting women in leadership and fostering inspiration for more women to pursue leadership positions in education. Attendees can expect to join a dynamic network committed to supporting and advancing women in educational leadership.
