The Annual Southeastern Collision Reconstruction Conference is co-hosted by the South Carolina Accident Reconstruction Specialists (SCARS), the International Association of Accident Reconstruction Specialists (IAARS), and the South Carolina Highway Patrol (SCHP). This conference focuses on advanced topics in collision reconstruction, with planned presentations including 'Commercial Vehicle Braking' and 'Photometry for the Forensic Investigator'.
