The 8th Annual Hawai'i DEI Conference

Please join us for the 2026 Hawai'i Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Conference, presented by the Shanti Alliance, taking place at Le Jardin Academy. During the conference, you will engage with expert practitioners, students, and educators about how to create more just, belonging-oriented spaces in our schools and communities. The 2026 conference theme is: Rooted in place, evolving across contexts: Centering identity to transform our communities. Shanti Alliance is a Stevens World Peace Foundation Program, launched in Fall 2020 to equip both students and educators with the knowledge and skills necessary to be effective diversity, equity and inclusion practitioners.
