About this conference
The Arkansas Government Finance Officers Association (AGFOA) was formed in 1978 and is the premier professional organization for state, county, and local-level fiscal administration employees in the State. This annual conference includes professional training, mentoring, idea exchanges, and social networking opportunities. Speakers will present new ideas and invaluable information regarding new and upcoming topics affecting the governmental accounting world, refresh attendees' knowledge of current accounting practices, and provide in-depth training on leadership. The conference offers up to 16 hours of CPE, and provides an opportunity to meet with Finance Directors and other employees involved in local finances throughout the state. Organizations will want to be represented as participants dealing with current governmental training issues.
