The conference is centered on the theme "Rigorous & Responsive Research in Times of Change." It is an annual conference that brings together professionals working at all levels of education, dedicated to improving instruction, assessment, evaluation, educational research, and using data to inform instructional decisions. Attendees can expect a program focused on educational issues and research findings, with opportunities to share strategies and engage with keynote presenters. A call for proposals has been issued, and more information about keynote presenters and the draft program will be shared starting in September.
Sponsorship options
WERA is seeking sponsors for its 2025-26 activities. Sponsorships range from Bronze ($500) to Platinum Plus ($7,500) and include benefits such as company logo and name recognition in the conference app and slideshow, a list of conference attendees, an exhibit table in a prominent location (for Gold, Platinum, and Platinum Plus levels), complimentary conference registrations, verbal recognition in general sessions, logo recognition on the website and e-blasts, LinkedIn mentions/posts on WERA's page, and webinar presentations. Platinum Plus sponsors also receive the opportunity to place marketing materials on tables and verbal acknowledgment as a breakfast or lunch supporter. Sponsorship forms should be completed before November 20, 2025.
