The 2026 Northern California Residential Appraisal Conference

This full-day residential conference, jointly sponsored by the Northern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and the Real Estate Appraisers Association (REAA), is specifically designed for independent, boots-on-the-ground field appraisers. The event offers 7 hours of continuing education credit and features a keynote on the 'Vision for the Future of the MLS' by Dave Howe (CEO, Metrolist MLS) and Melissa Bakkie (Senior System Trainer/Director of Customer Success, Metrolist Services, Inc.).
