About this conference
The Annual Training Conference (ATC) is IALEFI's annual seminar providing informative individual classes and dynamic live fire range exercises that are topical, relevant, and dependent to law enforcement, military, and private sector firearms instructors. The conference focuses on expanding knowledge in current firearm tactics, skills, and evaluating training and equipment needs. Topics include Handguns, Shotguns, Rifles, Defensive Tactics, and Armorers courses. Attendees will have opportunities to meet, network, exchange information, and ideas with fellow firearms instructors, and evaluate firearms-related products and technologies presented by corporate sponsors and manufacturers. Lifelong professional relationships begin at these training events, which aim to advance the goals of IALEFI members. The 2026 ATC is hosted by the Palm Bay Police Department in Palm Bay, Florida.
