The conference focuses on providing evidence-based practices that result in a smooth transition from school to adult life for youth with disabilities, offering intensive training in areas such as student-focused planning, family involvement, interagency collaboration, student development, and program structure. It serves as a platform to showcase organizations and build partnerships across Texas.
