The TETL Fall Summit 2026 is a face-to-face event designed for K-12 school district technology leaders, education agencies, and other interested parties in Texas. It serves as a platform for vendors to engage in dialogue with Texas Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) and Ed Tech Leaders. More information will be released soon.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities for the 2026 TETL Fall Summit include: Exhibit Space ($2500 for a tabletop exhibit with a 6-foot table and two chairs). Sponsorships are in addition to exhibit space. Major Sponsor ($2,500) includes a 30-minute speaking slot and recognition on the website, printed materials, mobile app, and media feeds. Keynote Sponsor ($2,000) provides 10 minutes to present a company overview and introduce the speaker. Lunch Sponsor ($1,500) offers 10 minutes to address attendees and display signage. Breakfast Sponsor ($1,500) includes recognition in the schedule and signage at the buffet. Lanyards Sponsor ($1,500 plus cost of lanyards) requires the sponsor to provide approximately 200 lanyards with the TETL logo and their company logo. Door Prize Giveaways are also accepted, such as gift cards, small electronic gadgets, ice chests, or tumblers.
