The Tennessee Emergency Number Association (TENA) serves as the unified voice for emergency communications professionals across the state of Tennessee, dedicated to promoting and providing education and training, operational excellence, and improved emergency response to safeguard human life, protect property, and promote safety. This annual conference aims to advocate, educate, inform, and support emergency communications professionals. It includes various educational sessions, admittance to the Exhibit Hall, a Sunday evening Welcome Reception, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday breaks, an Annual Banquet & Awards Gala, and a Wednesday's "Super Session." Pre-conference courses include 'TRANSFORMING 9-1-1 CENTER CULTURE', 'CIT Training for Dispatchers', and 'STRUGGLE WELL; HEALTH and WELLNESS Course'.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities include various levels: - Industry Partner Registration Booth Fee: $1,000.00 (before Aug. 12) or $1,100.00 (after Aug. 12). Includes a 10x10 booth, skirted table, two chairs, electrical connection, wireless internet, access to Wednesday's "Super Session", and attendance for up to two group members. - Platinum Level Sponsor ($10,000.00): Waived booth registration fee, one additional booth registration waived, choice of booth placement, prominent logo and featured ad in the conference app, level recognition at the sponsored event with an opportunity to speak, prominent logo on all signage, booth display of sponsorship, attendance for up to six group members, one complimentary team entry to the Golf Tournament, and TENA Associate membership for the year. - Gold Level Sponsor ($5,000.00): Waived booth registration fee, choice of booth placement, additional booth available at a discounted rate, prominent logo and ad in the conference app, level recognition at the sponsored event with an opportunity to speak, prominent logo on all signage, booth display of sponsorship, attendance for up to four group members. - Silver Level Sponsor ($2,500.00 + $1,000.00 Booth Registration): Booth fee is not waived, prominent logo in the conference app, level recognition at the sponsored event with an opportunity to speak, logo on all signage, booth display of sponsorship, attendance for up to three group members. - Bronze Level Sponsor ($1,500.00 + $1,000.00 Booth Registration): Booth fee is not waived, logo in the conference app, level recognition at the sponsored event, logo on all signage, booth display of sponsorship, attendance for up to two group members. - Sponsor ($500.00 + $1,000.00 Booth Registration): Booth fee is not waived, logo in the conference app, level recognition at the sponsored event, logo on all signage, booth display of sponsorship, attendance for up to two group members.
