About this conference
The Texas Association for Pupil Transportation (TAPT) hosts its annual Conference and Trade Show each June at locations across the state. Recognized as one of the nation's premier Pupil Transportation events, the TAPT Conference and Trade Show offers participants a comprehensive range of educational and networking opportunities designed for professional growth in the industry. Full Conference Registration includes nationally recognized keynote presenters, educational breakout sessions, access to one of the nation's largest pupil transportation indoor Vendor Shows, an Awards banquet for recognition of Employee of the Year recipients in multiple categories, the presentation of the TAPT Honoree and Vendor Honoree, industry updates from state and national organizations, and a President's Banquet for recognizing newly elected Executive Committee members and outgoing members, complete with contests and dancing. Additional registration options are available for pre-conference Professional Development Classes, outside activities like Golf, Sporting Clay, and other tournaments for networking and fellowship, and technician professional development classes. Membership is required for all Educational and Conference Event registration.
Sponsorship options
As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Association, TAPT appreciates generous support from its Business Associate Members to meet its mission of promoting safe and efficient transportation operations for school districts and to achieve Educational and Charitable/Scholarship Goals. Sponsorships are also a valuable way for Business Associate Members to promote new products and services. Recognition for various levels of support is rendered in several ways. Sponsorships of $500 or more include: company logo scrolled on the TAPT website, company name listed on sponsorship signs in Conference Registration and Trade Show areas (ordered by amount donated), company name announced and displayed for sponsored events, inclusion in the TAPT Conference Mobile App/Program, and company fliers shipped for inclusion in Conference Attendee packets (for $500 minimum). Webinar sponsorships are available at $500, noting the company name and sponsorship during opening announcements, with a brief message regarding services/products. For $750, a brief 1-minute recorded message may be played before the webinar start. Employee of the Year Award Ceremony sponsorships involve being part of the presentation and photos. Scholarship sponsors are recognized as mentioned above and in signage/events. Networking and recognition opportunities are available during Golf, Sporting Clay, Bowling Events, and Roadeo Events. Sponsorships of $10,000 or more include an invitation on stage to share a brief company update. Event-specific increments include: Conference Keynote Presenter Co-Sponsorships ($2500), Keynote Sponsorships with Intro of Presenter ($5000), Conference General Session Coffee Breaks ($2500), Professional Development Class Coffee Breaks (Friday & Saturday) ($1000), Employee of the Year Awards - Saturday night ($900), Student and Adult Scholarships ($1000), Awards and President's Banquets ($10,000), Conference Featured Presenter Sponsorship ($1500), "Use where needed" Conference Expense ($1000), Webinars ($500 / $750), and Golf, Bowling, and Sporting Clay Sponsorships/Station Signs ($500).
