Talent Forward: AI+Work 2026

AI is reshaping how America works, and the businesses that lead this transition will define what comes next. In an AI-driven economy, the U.S. Chamber Foundation's Talent Forward: AI+Work conference explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping the workforce. Business leaders, policymakers, and workforce experts will build actionable blueprints across five tracks: Rewiring, People, Pathways, Communities, and Frontiering, to ensure AI-driven innovation creates opportunity for everyone. Attendees can expect to learn how to transition proactively to stay ahead of workforce shifts, lead with data and foresight to shape smarter workforce policies and practices, put workers at the center of AI adoption to turn it into a competitive advantage, and deploy AI effectively. The event is designed to bring together leaders from business, government, and civil society.
