Superintendents Summit, Pasadena 2026

Every DALI Superintendents Summit is intentionally small, highly interactive, and built around the issues district leaders are navigating right now. No massive convention crowds. No generic sessions. Just the right people in the right room ─ having the conversations that actually move your district forward. This experience centers on leadership judgment, strategic alignment, and clarity ─ the decisions senior district leaders are responsible for making, focusing on governance, readiness, and decision-making rather than tactical tools. The summit includes intentional conversations aligned to year-end leadership responsibilities. Planned topics cover school improvement strategies, mobile learning, district marketing, online and virtual schooling, curriculum and assessment, student data systems, classroom technology, health and wellness, CTE, post-secondary success, equity and access, and developing career pathways. Sessions will be led by recognized experts, with ample opportunity for interactive plenary sessions and attendee networking.
