Sun City Ed Tech Conference

The Sun City Ed Tech Conference is a signature ESC 19 experience designed to align instruction, leadership, and technology around what matters most---student outcomes and the protection of district systems and data. This is more than a traditional educator conference. It is where I.T. teams, school leaders, and educators come together to drive alignment and make decisions that matter---strengthening cybersecurity readiness, connecting strategy to practice, and ensuring every technology investment is secure, purposeful, and directly supports teaching and learning. This conference delivers a deliberate blend of strong instructional foundations and emerging technologies to support modern, student-centered learning. With a focus on practical application, participants will examine how to integrate technology in ways that strengthen curriculum design, increase student engagement, support differentiated instruction, and intentionally build 21st-century skills. Beyond the classroom, the conference provides dedicated learning pathways for district IT professionals and technology leaders, with a focus on infrastructure, cybersecurity, device management, and digital ecosystem design. The 2026 Sun City Ed Tech Conference is a one-day professional learning event designed primarily for K--12 educators, campus and district administrators, instructional leaders, and IT professionals who are advancing secure and technology-enabled learning environments. Higher Education professionals are welcome to attend and participate in this regional experience. Hosted exclusively at the Starlight Event Center, this conference brings together Educational Technology and Information Technology in one shared space---recognizing that effective teaching and learning depend on strong instructional practices supported by intelligent, secure, and scalable technology systems. With an emphasis on practical application, participants will explore how technology can be strategically integrated to enhance instruction, strengthen cybersecurity and data privacy, support differentiated learning, modernize infrastructure, and prepare campuses for future demands.
