Erie 1 BOCES invites leaders from across instruction, technology and data, student support services, operations, finance, facilities, transportation, HR and talent, and community schools to a shared leadership retreat focused on learning and our collective impact. Anticipate inspiring keynotes, role-specific breakouts, dedicated reservable space for local district retreat activities, as well as outdoor team-building opportunities. Our goal is for every district to leave with clear commitments and practical tools ready for immediate action.
