About this conference
The Summer Leadership Institute is the premier professional development and networking event for leaders and professionals dedicated to disability advocacy, services, and support. Hosted by The Arc and its National Conference of Executives (NCE), the institute brings together executives, senior staff, and board members from chapters of The Arc and similar agencies. Over two and a half days, attendees engage in in-depth sessions, exchange real-world strategies, and connect with peers and thought leaders to address pressing challenges and opportunities. Key focus areas include building the next generation of leaders, organizational sustainability and growth, navigating policy and funding threats, and driving innovation in advocacy and services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Sponsorship options
The 2026 National Partnership Prospectus outlines various sponsorship packages (Movement Leader, Trailblazer, Change Agent, Champion, Advocate, Supporter, Friend, Participant) ranging from $5,000 to $75,000. Benefits include logo placement on websites, complimentary event registrations (2-8 depending on tier), banner ads in newsletters, exhibit tables (1-2), access to attendee lists, participation in the Virtual Partner Showcase, promotional emails to The Arc's network, basic app ads, sponsorship of breakout sessions, speaking opportunities, branded networking events, and sponsored meals/welcomes.
